Enterprises can use LegiServe™ to securely communicate with their employees, create project-based groups for easy dissemination of information, enforce communication policies via business rules, and archive the SMS messages sent by the mobile devices thereby providing message backup. It also provides synchronization of SMS messages and contact information between the LegiTime™ SMS Client application and the corporate messaging system or relational databases (MS Exchange, Lotus Domino, Blackberry Enterprise Server, etc.).

By using LegiText™, employees can securely receive SMS messages and have them categorized in folders, so that important messages are not lost amongst the lower priority or spam messages.
